Eligible Countries

This shipping policy applies to customers in the United States and United Kingdom.

Delivery Location

Orders will be delivered to the customer's address provided during checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Shipping Cost

Orders $80.00 and up are eligible for free shipping, and orders below $79.99 have a shipping charge of $5.95.

Delivery Terms:

We use USPS, FedEx and DHL to deliver the product.
 

Order Cut-off Time+Handling Time+Transit Time

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
• Handling Time: 1 –5 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
• Transit Time: 7– 10 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey via our partner couriers: UPS, FedEx and DHL. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Order Cancellation

• You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
• If your order has already been processed or packed by our warehouse, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If the item has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to return the product.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Liketteo is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Liketteo is not liable for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team immediately.
